Recreate: Cotton Candy Carnival by Michelle Phan


What's the use of the makeup tutorials that beauty gurus on youtube post if no one tries to do the look?

I used my Dollface Cosmetics 78color Palette , IN2IT's brow powder set, and Maybelline Falsies Mascara.
