I can't afford myself to buy the UD Primer Potion so I decided to buy ELF's since it just cost me P249.50.
The primer weighs 2.5g. I know this product has been in the market for quite some time but I just wanted to share my thought about it product.
The test
So as you can see, the color pay-off of the shadows without the primer is really far from the ones with the primer.
For the fading of the shadows, I tried to wipe it off with my bare fingers, just once, and the primer did its job. (Sorry if there's no picture 'cause my camera died. T_T) Then I wipe it off with a towel, of course it faded but not totally.
What I love about this:
- It doesn't smell anything funny.
- It does its job pretty well.
- Price is right
- Nothing I could think of since this is my first encounter of an eye primer.

Liner Sealer is a clear liquid. It has a felt tip brush.
I followed the instructions written on the box which is,
I mixed it with a purple eyeshadow and look what I got
I dipped the brush on to the eyeshadow and made lines at the back of my hand. It was too watery. Maybe there was too much sealer than the eyeshadow? I don't know. I still have to practice on how to use this Sealer Liner. "Transforms your eyeshadow into a waterproof, smudge-proof liquid eye liner."? Uhh, from my experience, naaahh.
